The Plus Outlook Access enables using the Plus Workflow system in the MS Outlook, thanks to the integration. The component streamlines the workflow of the realized processes, as the user may execute them immediately from the level of a mailbox, without logging in to the Plus Workflow system. Moreover, the integration allows using both applications in just one window. All the realized tasks are available in a dedicated tab of the Outlook program. After receiving an email notifying an employee about a new pending task, it is possible to perform it ad hoc, without the necessity to log into the Plus Workflow. Additionally, the module possesses the following functionalities:

• initiating new processes directly from the MS Outlook window,
• the ability to view the attached documents and to save them on a computer disk from the level of the mail program,
• adding any document to the archive directly from the Outlook level,
• the module allows the user to track the history of processes and perform tasks from the level of the e-mail program.
