The Plus GRN is a part of the Plus Workflow system. The module supports the management process of invoices reflected in the system. The Plus GRN matches warehouse invoices with goods received notes or orders. The functioning of the module is based on integration with an external (database, view) or internal (Plus DMS) system to retrieve data for describing goods received notes and orders. Moreover, there is a possibility of full invoice preview thanks to quick access to the module, generated directly from the level of the description stage of the invoices in the Plus Workflow system. The other functionalities:

• the ability to filter and sum the values,
• easy and transparent way to filter positions by supplier data, measurements, goods received note number, price, or order number,
• the possibility to preview GRN when it is imported by the Plus Directory Monitor module to the electronic document archive – the Plus DMS,
• the possibility to generate a list of goods received notes in the form of a PDF file, saved in the electronic document archive – the Plus DMS.
