A Plus Favourites is a module of the Plus Workflow system. Thanks to this functionality, users may save and repeatedly use the data entered into the document workflow system form, for instance, during an invoice description.

The Plus Favourites significantly accelerates the work of the Plus Workflow users. It allows the users to save and reuse the data templates in the forms. The functionality appears to be particularly handy if a user often exploits the same description. The examples of data which may be saved and reused include:

  • invoice distribution key – percentage or quantity,
  • records used to generate contracts,
  • requisition items etc.

The scope of the Plus Favorites plugin includes:

  • the ability to save data in a document header field and dynamic table,
  • sharing the template with other users,
  • the ability to define a default template,
  • application – separating keys for invoices, repetitive data of contracts, or applications.

Characteristics

To be able to reuse the data in various tasks, the user must first save the form as a template.

To use a given template, the user needs to choose it from the list of templates available in the system.

After adding a template to a task, the system derives all the data from it and saves them on the task form.

License characteristics of the plug-in:

  • License – for the server, an unlimited number of users, processes, and documents,
  • The component designed for the server version of the Plus Workflow,
  • The component is available with the Plus Workflow system license from version 3.2.
