The Plus Mobile application enables work in the Plus Workflow system via mobile devices with Android (from version 2.3.3.) and iOS. A user has the possibility of a swift reaction on a pending task. The application in a PRO version allows initiating new processes from the application level. Thanks to Plus Mobile, the usage of the system is simplified. Each user who has a device with an Internet connection may use the system for the electronic flow of documents. For each task, the user may attach a comment and document directly from a mobile. Moreover, it is essential to mention other functionalities:

• in the Plus Mobile application, the data validation of a form is on the server-side,
• in the PRO version, a user may edit the form elements – dynamic tables and the data contained in the form,
• browsing the task inbox of a user, presented in the form of a transparent list,
• a user may download the documents attached to the workflow and read the previously added comments,
• the application sends a notification to a user about a new task by a signal of a selected ringtone; this task is visible in the inbox on the user’s phone,
• the application allows remembering the login and password on a given device,
• after a successful configuration on a smartphone, the user may automatically log into the system.
