The Plus DocuSign is a new functionality of the Plus Workflow. It allows signing documents in an electronic form, directly from a BPM platform. Thanks to the integration of the Plus Workflow with the DocuSign platform, a user may send a document, previously reviewed in the Workflow system, to the DocuSign platform and place an electronic signature. In a given task, the user may sign several documents at a time.

A user of the Plus Workflow system, who is responsible for the document, may track the signatures’ status and monitor its stage on the DocuSign platform. After collecting all the required signatures, the document is sent back to the Plus Workflow system and archived.

This solution brings multiple benefits, such as saving time or reducing the costs associated with printing, sending, and signing paper documents. Importantly, this solution enables the signing of the documents safely and swiftly from any device, regardless of location.

Characteristics

The main functionality of the Plus DocuSign module is transferring the documents from the Plus Workflow system to the DocuSign platform to place a signature.

Thanks to the integration of the Plus Workflow with DocuSign, the user may place an electronic signature on a wide range of documents, from various business areas, such as:

    • contracts management,
    • approval or cancellation of the offer,

    • employment of an employee,
    • NDA with a candidate/supplier
    • contract of mandate,
    • a contract for the performance of a specific task,

    • approval of cost invoices,

    • confirmation of the performance of services,

It is also possible to embed the component in the currently used processes, e.g., reviewing of contracts, archiving of protocols or certificates, etc.

License characteristics of the plug-in:

  • Licensing form – the number of users depends on the Plus Workflow license version,
  • The component designed for the server version of the Plus Workflow,
  • The component is available with the Plus Workflow system license from version 3.2.,
  • Purchase of envelopes (a set of documents for signature) of the DocuSign platform required.
