The Plus DocPreview is an extension of the Plus Workflow system that provides the ability of a document preview by the usage of a quick view. Thanks to this plugin, a user may access the attachments without opening the process form – it improves the ergonomics of work by reducing the time necessary to find documents. It is worth mentioning other functionalities of the module, e.g.

• the ability to preview documents directly from the view representing a task history,
• the preview of documents directly from the view with the option of an aggregative approval,
• the ability to define on which view the administrator and users, who have access to the ‘Search‘ option, will be able to preview a document,
• the Plus DocPreview allows the users to display the files saved in PDF, JPG, PNG, and TXT format directly in a new window; files saved in the .docx or .xlsx formats open with the usage of a default application installed on a user’s computer.
